Who are we
Meet our team
Andrew is a founder/director of Bongo IT since it's inception in 2013. Andrew has started several tech startups working with both hardware/product design and software development, and has a strong background in technology. He built his first computer aged 18, and was experimenting with programming on an Acorn Electron aged 13.
Ginger is a founding director of Bongo IT and has been with the company since its inception. With a strong background in academia and the sciences, Ginger brings analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to the business. As Financial Director, Ginger oversees the company's financial strategy while also contributing as a skilled web developer, with hands-on expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern web technologies.
Justin Smith is a founding director of Bongo IT since it's inception in 2013. Justin has worked as an IT consultant for 15 years before this, he has a high level of technical knowledge, and experience. As a systems architect Justin is able to piece together the parts of the tech puzzle for your company. Prior to this Justin worked for Oxford University in their IT department and with other Oxford based IT companies.
Matt will work with you to create beautiful and easy to use websites. Using tried and tested techniques to reach your target audience. 'My aim is to convert and reassure your clients, giving your maximum exposure on Google.'
Matt is also a branding and design expert with over 25 year experience.
Mike holds an engineering degree from Oxford and has extensive experience running a retail business in Oxfordshire. He joined Bongo IT in 2019, initially providing first-line support, and has since expanded his role to include computer hardware repairs and logistics, becoming an essential part of the operations team.
